The sandy area near the beach at Caleta Partida shoals for quite a way out into the bay. At low tide it is too shallow for even the dinghy motor. So, somebody hops out and pulls the dinghy the rest of the way. The sun is bright and the water is warm, so it isn't too bad a job. Eventually it gets so shallow that everyone has to hop out.
