We visited Uruapan briefly. It is the site of a national park which comprises the headwaters of Río Cupatitzio. The park is heavily developed with waterfalls, overlooks, and fountains. However, it is pretty and we had a lovely afternoon strolling through the lush vegatation and across the little bridges and through a trout farm.
