Neva motors into Bahia de Jiquilisco, El Salvador after clearing the entrance. The entrance to the estuary is around and behind a breaking reef. Barillas Marina Club sends out a panga to guide you in safely. We both followed the panga closely and made it through without difficulties, but it was exciting as the boat rolled heavily in the surf before we reached the calm waters shown here. We saw many volcanoes along this coast.
