| We've taken to setting a float on our anchor. It allows us to easily
locate our anchor and also to dive down and check the set when it isn't
visible from the surface. It also is intended to show boats arriving
after us where our anchor is located so they don't anchor right on top
of us. But, for some reason it seemed to be attracting other boats.
They just ignored it and one time a boat anchored so close, their stern
was swinging right over our float! So, we decided to mark the float
in a more obvious way and see if that made any difference. |
