When evening comes, everyone gathers for the BBQ feast. Papa John places roasted fish inside a carefully wrapped palm leaf and the crabs are heaped in buckets on the table. Each yacht brings a side dish to share. There is a short and simple ceremony surrounding the opening of the fish. The leaves are broken apart along the stalk and create a serving dish.
